Grotto Money Allocation, Show Planning, and Assessment Information –
I was really sad because I had to miss this session. My students were were all due to begin their Level 3 Art and Design Exam the very next day, so I was called upon to help. I know how nervous many of them were, so although I was disappointed to miss my session, I was also pleased to help. I know how much they really needed to see a friendly face. They have been a great bunch of students and I wish them all the best with their external assessments.
I’ve just finished catching up on the recording for this week. The Grotto money allocation has been decided and the exhibition space layout is coming along nicely. Jonathan also provided some very useful information regarding grades and assessments. I’ve still got such a long way to go in terms of curating my blog.
I really am struggling to ‘wrap my head around’ the fact that the course will be complete in only 5 weeks from now. It has been such an integral part of my life for the last couple of years that I’m currently feeling a bit lost. However, as discussed in the session’s video, the final learning outcome is concerned with plans for the future. I’m hoping that the act of giving some serious thought to this will help me plan my next steps and give me something to look forward to.
